Chimney re-pointing; Replacement of missing chimney (by architect's referencing historical archives); Re-pointing of three other chimneys; Brick used for missing chimney's were salvaged from a chimney that was no longer in use (and demolished to below the roof-line); Miscellaneous facade re-pointing; Clean exterior 100%; Cast stone pieces replicating original sandstone trim and bluestone cap were cast by George Kreier.
